Fox News Latino is reporting that although this number is slightly lower than the number from last year (13%), there are some professionals that believe that this number is actually a low-ball — in other words, those that are polled were under-reporting their consumption of fast food — because they recognize that fast food is unhealthy. “If I were a fast food company, I’d say ‘See, we have nothing to do with obesity! Americans are getting 90 percent of their calories somewhere else!'” said Marion Nestle, a nutrition professor at New York University.
